- A structured foundation course in Iyengar yoga with each class building on the previous one. Learn Yoga and keep it up at home.
- 2 classes a week for 6 weeks (Wednesday 5.45pm & Saturday 9am)
- How to Practice Yoga at Home Workshop (Wednesday 6 September 7-8.30pm)
- Yoga Sequences to Practice at Home (weekly)
