Strengthen your thighs and stretch your hamstrings 

Through a sequence of standing & sitting asana explore how to strengthen your quadriceps, stretch your hamstrings and encourage a better balance between the front and back of your legs.

Saturday 15 October, 3 - 5pm
$40 ($34 before 2 October)
Open to all yoga students

Through the practice of yoga and its intersection with my daily life of sitting at a desk, walking, cycling and climbing the occasional mountain I have come to understand how important it is to have strong and flexile thigh muscles (a little attention can go along way with the thighs). Come along to begin an inquiry with your thighs
