Yoga for Digestive Health

Digestive complaints are very common. Symptoms include bloating, abdominal pain and food intolerance just to name a few. 

Yoga poses targeted to the digestive system release tension in the abdomen and bring more blood flow to the abdominal organs. They help disarm the nervous system and settle the mind. No matter what your symptoms are this workshop will give you some tools to help yourself feel better. 

Carole Baillargeon has been doing yoga for 29 years and teaching for 25. She has used yoga to deal with her own digestive complaints. She is the founding director of Darwin Yoga Space (est. 1995) and teaches in Darwin, Melbourne, Montreal, and retreats in Bali.

This workshop is open to anyone interested. No prior yoga experience necessary.
