Through a sequence of standing & sitting asana explore how to strengthen your quadriceps, stretch your hamstrings and encourage a better balance between the front and back of your legs.

Margie will run two SATURDAY WORKSHOPS. Open to all level students, these two workshops will explore the hip joint through a number of different angles. See OPEN YOUR HIPS for the second workshop the following weekend.
