Strengthen Your Core Workshop with Margie Landrigan

SATURDAY 15 JULY, 3-5pm

Working with the core is energising and brings a sense of stability to the trunk and pelvis, making yoga postures more accessible and balanced.

This workshop will include sequences and postures that strengthen & stretch the core muscles of the body; the deep abdominals and back muscles and the pelvic floor. 

Open to all level yoga students
