6 Week Beginner Yoga Course STARTS 8 November


A structured foundation course in Iyengar yoga with each class building on the previous one. Learn how to do yoga and keep it going at home.

The 6 Week Course includes

  • 12x 1hr yoga classes (Wednesday 5.45pm & Saturday 9am)
  • How to Practice Yoga at Home Workshop (Wednesday 18 October 7pm)
  • Yoga Sequences to Practice at Home (Weekly emails to keep you going)
  • Yoga Mat
  • Small class numbers

What you can expect from the yoga classes

  • A safe, methodical progression of yoga postures
  • Technique – precision, alignment and awareness in performing the yoga postures
  • Sequencing to develop strength, flexibility, stamina, concentration and relaxation
  • Clear demonstration and explanation by well-qualified teachers
  • Individual correction and adjustment by the teacher when necessary
