6 Week Beginner Yoga Course STARTS 16 August


A structured foundation course in Iyengar yoga with each class building on the previous one. Learn how to do yoga and keep it going at home.

The 6 Week Course includes

  • 12x 1hr yoga classes (Wednesday 5.45pm & Saturday 9am)
  • How to Practice Yoga at Home Workshop (Wednesday 6 September 7pm)
  • Yoga Sequences to Practice at Home (Weekly emails to keep you going)
  • Yoga Mat
  • Small class numbers
