Mount Bundy station is a place of peace and quiet surrounded by wildlife: the perfect location for a yoga retreat where our days evolve at nature’s pace. We start the day at sunrise with pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation, followed by dynamic yoga sessions in the morning and a restorative class in the afternoon with free time in between.
A ‘What is Yoga?’ discussion in the afternoon gives us a chance to look at how you can use yoga in our daily lives and tips on how to introduce a yoga practice at home that fits your needs.

Open to students with a minimum of 6 months Iyengar yoga experience.
Kate has been practising Iyengar Yoga since 2004 and has been teaching for 6 years. Kate hold an Introductory Level 2 Certificate. "Yoga is a way of life that makes me feel balanced and seek balance in every aspect of my life."
Cancellations within less than 14 days of the retreat will result in loss of payment unless a replacement participant can be found. Cancellation more than 14 days before the retreat will receive a refund minus a 20% cancellation fee. No refunds will be made for failure to complete the retreat.
