Attending a long master class on a Sunday morning sets you up for the week and feeds your long term yoga development. The two main categories of asanas we work with are backbends and arm balances. Attendance is limited to 15 students so everyone gets the opportunity to receive individual attention. The class is open to committed level 2 and level 3 students.

Attending a long master class on a Sunday morning sets you up for the week and feeds your long term yoga development. The two main categories of asanas we work with are backbends and arm balances. Attendance is limited to 15 students so everyone gets the opportunity to receive individual attention. The class is open to committed level 2 and level 3 students.
This retreat has been offered for the last 22 years, with students returning year after year. Participants must be committed Iyengar yoga students interested in deepening their experience and understanding of yoga. The retreat is for level 3 students or student who have attended level 2 classes for a few years.

Digestive complaints are common and manifest in many ways: food intolerance, bloating, pain and constipation just to name a few. This workshop will show you how to reduce symptoms by bringing more blood supply to your digestive organs, create a better gut/brain connection and release tension in your nervous system. Carole uses yoga to help herself deal with her own digestive problems.
Once the Christmas celebrations re over it’s time to relax and ready ourselves for the new year. This yoga workshop will provide a little window re-energise the body, mind and spirit for the year to come.
