Digestive complaints are common and manifest in many ways: food intolerance, bloating, pain and constipation just to name a few. This workshop will show you how to reduce symptoms by bringing more blood supply to your digestive organs, create a better gut/brain connection and release tension in your nervous system. Carole uses yoga to help herself deal with her own digestive problems.
