Improve your mental health with music and yoga

This workshop is for you if you:

  • have a history of trauma and associated symptoms

  • experience mood disorders such as depression and/or anxiety

  • want to add music and yoga to your mental health plan

  • either have never used or already use yoga and music as healing tools 

This workshop will help you:

  • identify where tension is stored in your body

  • reduce the severity of your symptoms (ex. fatigue, concentration, self regulation)

  • design a personalised plan using yoga poses, breathing techniques, drumming and your voice to help manage your symptoms

This course is not suitable for people who currently experience psychotic symptoms


$179 (paid by Monday 20 May)

We are offering a 50% discount for two keen potential participants whose financial situation is a barrier to attendance. To apply email Netanela a short statement about why you’d like to attend or  send a referral statement from a GP/health practitioner who thinks you would benefit from the workshop.
