Our classes are for everybody! They appeal to men and women of all sizes and shapes, whether you are fit or unfit, young or not so young. Before long before you will be stronger, more flexible and maybe lose some weight (if you need to), improve your digestion, sleeping patterns and ability to concentrate.

Start any time! We have a range of classes including Beginner Courses, Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, Prenatal, Kids, Therapy and Private. 
Drop-in to any class (except Beginner Courses, Kids & Therapy classes).
